This service applies to situations where two people are experiencing a conflict, recognizing it as such and wanting to transform it to bring peace in their relationship. This offer is a good fit if you both value the relationship and feel ready to invest in a mediated conversation.
Approach
What does a mediated conversation process look like?
A first discussion
Taking the step toward mediation is no small thing. Trust matters — in the process, and in the person guiding it.
That's why I offer a free first meeting — online or in person — to talk about your situation, your goals, and the way I work.
No commitment, just a conversation to see if we're the right fit.
A supportive space
Mediation asks something real of you. Tears and smiles may show up in the same session. Things you've never said out loud may finally find words.
All of it — every emotion, every thought — is welcome here. It is vulnerable work, and it is courageous work.
For that reason, everything shared between us remains confidential.
A clear commitment
The process starts with one to one discussions that are essential to prepare both of you for a mediated conversation.
Depending on the situation, the process can take between 8 and 12 hours.
Because I want my services to be accessible, I offer a sliding scale, to account for everyone’s reality.
