Below are workshops that I've already offered in the past:

Introduction to NonViolent Communication
In this workshop, I'll guide you through the basics of Nonviolent Communication. Participants will leave with practical tools to better connect with themselves and others. The duration is flexible, starting from from 90 minutes to a full day, and can be offered online or in person.

Custom workshop
After a discussion to identify your expectations, I create a tailor-made workshop to meet your needs and guide the presentation. I've already offered topics such as linguistic insecurity, teamwork, and managing conflict at work.

Vision board
In this workshop, I guide participants to bring out what is truly important to them and leave with a vision board meaningful to them.
Although vision boards are popular at the beginning of the year, they can be created at any time.

Using your strengths for a fulfilling life
This 2-hour workshop allows you to learn about yourself from the perspective of your strengths: identify the under- and overuse of your strengths so that you can make the most of them and develop them consciously in order to live a fulfilling life.
